Thank you for shopping at C&M Coastal Creations. Here is what to expect regarding shipping.

Processing Time: Orders for physical products (woodwork, carbide-cut items, and 3D-printed items) are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you directly.

Digital Products: Digital design files (.c2d and .stl files) are delivered electronically via an email download link, usually within a few minutes of purchase. No physical shipping is involved for digital products.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays: While we carefully package every order, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
